| K75 | | This is Manuel's K75, he says "This is my 91' BMW K75, upgraded with a K75 C windscreen. I buy the bike last year, a nice and healthy one with 60.000 km. Weekend to weekend, I overhauled brakes, front suspension, tyres all filters and oils, serviced oil pump. Clutch is fine, gearbox too. Happy to drive everyday my teenager dream. I don't want to restore to contest class, just to have it in the right shape until I must retire from handlebars!"

| Boxer Cup Special | | Martin says:"After having Yams & Hondas in the past, decided to try BMW & fell in love with my boxer cup. It ‘s a 54 plate & was a BMW demonstrator until purchased by a careful owner in York. I purchased it from him in 2006 and never want to sell it. It has since taken me to Bordeaux and back fully laden without a flicker...…no more Japanese for me!"

| R100 Special | | Simon says:"This is my R100 special crafted from 3 decades of 2 valve twin. No one told me that you can't kickstart a 1976 R100RS, yes all the starter system has been removed and that is a paralever swing-arm with mono wheels in a /7 frame. " | |

| R1200C With An Interesting Past | | Martin explains: "Here's my BMW R1200C, which was used in the James Bond movie, 'Tomorrow Never Dies', starring Pierce Brosnan and Michelle Yeoh. Sadly, she no longer perches on my petrol tank.
After the movie was made, the bike was sold in a charity auction here in Hong Kong, and apparently a rich lawyer (is there any other kind?) paid 2.5 million Hong Kong dollars for it. He thought it might be an incentive for him to pass his test, but stuck it in a garage and never got round to it - and five or six years later he was transferred, asked a friend to get rid of it, and that friend was a friend of mine and inisted that I should buy it - for just HKD50,000 (GBP4000). It had 700km on the clock and I've been riding it ever since." | |
