Initially built with 2 valves per cylinder, the post 1989 K100RS, the K1 and K1100 bikes had 4 valves per cylinder and are known, colloquially, as 16 valve machines. Models covered are the K75, K100, K1 and K1100 with all variants (C/S/LT/RS/RT) catered for.
