Something is wrong with my order

If your order arrives and is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or you think that your parcel is lost in transit, we apologise. 

We ask you to contact us immediately, providing your order number and information including pictures if applicable. If we have made a mistake, please contact us before returning your order as we may be able to send a free returns label to you via email.

If we need to investigate any delivery issues with our delivery partners, it can sometimes take a couple of days to get an answer. Rest assured, we will be doing all that we can. For more information on delivery timescales or if you think your parcel is lost, please click here.
