It is designed for use with CTEK models (XS 800, MULTI XS 3800 & MULTI XS 7000.) manufactured after March 2007. These can be identified by the orange connector on the lead supplied with the unit. Please note, the 12V socket must be powered even when the ignition is in the "off" position. For early Ctek chargers (and Optimate/Accumate) see ACA00072
