Please note; care must be taken when fitting this seal, as it is easily damaged in the fitting process. Ideally, soften the seal by dropping it into some hot water for a few minutes, then remove it from the water, and gently stretch it a few times (but not too far!). Lubricate both the seal and piston with gear oil, then gently stretch the seal over the piston, seating one side of the seal in the piston groove first.
