This plastic ring is used to retain the diaphragm on Bing CV carbs fitted between 09/1977 and 09/1980. these are not available separately from BMW.
These are easy to damage when swapping your carburettor diaphragms - now we can offer new replacements!
It helps to drop these into hot water for a couple of minutes prior to fitting to make them a little more pliable.
