MV lowered / adjustable rider's footrest kit for BMW R1200R from 2011 to 2014.

MV Motorrad Technik have succeeded in developing a footrest lowering kit for BMW R1200ST and BMW R1200R riders. This results in a more natural ergonomic and a healthier seating position.
This kit has an adjustable right side footrest, and the left side adapter is a plate to move the existing footrest mount downwards by 30mm, so is not adjustable. There is no need to remove the side stand. It will touch the left hand footrest plate, but this is intended and cannot be avoided, as the lowering cannot be achieved any other way. Lean angle is not affected.
Don't forget! Lowering your footpegs means less room to lean the bike. That means you can scrape your pegs. The advantage of these adapters is that they use the original footrests.
N.B. all MV accessories are assembled and tested on original, unmodified motorcycles.
