For R60/6 with 17mm spindle and drum front brake only, i.e. after 09/1974. This is unique because it has a 17mm spindle hole, unlike SUR33506, which has a 20mm hole. The R60/6 has the spindle going in from left to right, whereas everything else has the spindle going in from right to left; this allowed the R60/6 to use a single disc right slider (the one without caliper mounts) as its left slider.
