It is good practice to regularly change fork oil and this kit contains 1 litre of 7.5W oil and the filler and drain washers for both fork legs. (We also offer this kit with either 5 or 10 weight oil).
Fork oil required per leg: 250 ml SAE 5W-10W but please check your service handbook as this can vary between models and the quantity required is different for service than rebuild.
