It is good practice to regularly change fork oil and this kit contains 1 litre of 5w fork oil and the filler and drain washers for both fork legs. (We also offer this kit with either 7.5 or 10 weight oil).
Fork oil required per leg : 250 ml SAE 5W-10W but please check your service handbook as this can vary between models and the quantity required is different for service than rebuild.
