It is good practice to regularly change fork oil and this kit contains 1 litre of Silkolene 10w oil and the filler and drain washers for both fork legs.
Fork oil required per leg: 250 mls SAE 5w-10w but please check your service handbook as this can vary between models and the quantity required is different for service than rebuild.
If you intend to change your fork oil seals too please see SIA22025.
