It is good practice to regularly change fork oil and this kit contains 1 litre of Silkolene 10w fork oil and the filler and drain washers for both fork legs.
We also offer this kit with either 5w or 7.5w oil.
Fork oil required per leg: R: 440 mls L: 410 mls 7.5w but please check your service handbook as this can vary between models and the quantity required is different for service than rebuild.
