Swapping the original rubber grommets for these drops the riders seat by 10mm. 

Please note, these are a cheaper version of the Wunderlich item SEA42724 and as such they are not finished as nicely. They are however a third of the price, giving you the option to save money if you're not concerned with the visual appearance!
