This 2 litre jerrycan is approved for carrying petrol. In fact, it has United Nations approval in accordance with the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and the German Ordinance on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road, Rail and Inland Waterways (GGVSEB). Compact and extremely strong, it is ideal as an emergency reserve or as a regular companion on long tours.

Even a small amount of extra fuel will give you the peace of mind that you won't run out miles before the next gas station. This compact, 2 litre bottle holds just enough fuel to get you out of a pinch, or to use as cooking fuel.
We recommend using one of Touratech's stainless steel bottle mounts to securely hold this container to your motorcycle. (See part numbers LUA08580 and LUA05220)
Never mount auxiliary fuel next to your exhaust, or in an area that it can be impacted in a crash.
