How can I purchase a Motorworks Gift Voucher?
Buying a gift voucher is easy, simply select the £ amount you would like to spend, and Add to basket.
I've ordered a gift voucher, when will the gift voucher be sent by email?
Usually this is sent the next working day. If you have not received the email in this time, please check your junk email; if it's not arrived please get in touch with our sales team with your order number.
Can I add the gift voucher to my website account?
We suggest that first you add the gift voucher code to your account. This can be done by logging in to your account, visting My account, and then clicking on Motorworks Gift Vouchers. From here you can then enter your gift voucher code and click Add
This means that the voucher code will then be added to your account, so in case you lose the code it'll be saved safely on your account. It'll also make it easier to check the voucher balance and easier to apply at checkout.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed online, or over the phone by calling our Sales Team on 01484 353600.
To pay for an order online using a gift voucher you will need to enter the voucher code at checkout.
When you get to checkout, select the Apply Motorworks Gift Voucher Code tab and enter your 20 digit voucher number. You can also click on Check Status which will show the balance of the voucher at the checkout stage.
If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the additional amount using another payment method in the usual way.
If you're spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your voucher for you to spend later, ready for you to use on your next order.
Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
How can I check my gift voucher balance?
Log in to your online account, and navigate to the Motorworks Gift Voucher tab. From here you can check the balance of any previously added gift vouchers. This will give you the current balance and expiry date of the voucher.
At the checkout page you can also click on Check Status which will show the balance of the voucher.
Can I get cash back from my remaining balance or return my gift voucher?
Sorry, we cannot give you cash for your gift vouchers remaining balance. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
Is there an expiry date for my gift voucher?
Motorworks gift vouchers are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.
