If I was to use a brembo style master cylinder what additional fittings would I need. I already have a twin disc setup on the front end. I would like to do away with the under tank master cylinder. Thanks in anticipation.
Ideally we would need to know your bikes frame number and some pictures of your current set up, but it sounds like you have a pre 1981 model with twin discs.
The parts would be brand new (sorry, we've sold out of a lot of these parts from used stock), but below is a basic outline depending upon what you have handlebar wise, etc.
- Monolever Clamp (85 on) - HAA54461
- Post 81 lever and lever pivot - HAA42555 & SSA30870
- Top cover to suit - HAA57039
- Top cover screw - SSA32668
- Master cylinder to clamp bolts x2 - M5 x 20 SSA22418
- Master cylinder - BRA10784 13mm or BRA02369 12mm for ATE forks/brakes models
- Upper brake hose - Check handlebar height
- Throttle bevel and chain - 40mm carbs use an R100 GS 88-91 type HAA33535D, or 32mm carbs use any 800/1000RS or RT type HAA33535H
- Torpedo switch - ELR59569 Customer to modify the connectors
- Alloy hose splitter, standard 3 port - BRA41568
