The BMW navigator (4, 5 and 6) of the RT can be easily fixed in the cockpit with one click for the journey. It can also be removed just as easily. Unfortunately also by unauthorised persons.

This navigation security prevents this in a smart way. It is simply linked to the motorcycle's central locking system, into which the storage compartments, cases and top case are also integrated. If the central locking is activated when the motorcycle is parked or while driving, a mechanical locking mechanism using a servomotor reliably locks the mechanical actuating head of the ejector. This makes the navigation system safe. The motor for the navigation system fuse is invisibly attached to a custom-fit stainless steel bracket under the navigation unit's casing. The control and power supply are connected via the original plug connections.
