Wunderlich manufacture their seats with a specific, characteristic ergonomic 3-D contour that integrates the rider and passenger seamlessly with the BMW F 900 GS. The shape and inclination of the meticulously crafted seat core support the ergonomically advantageous, natural alignment of the pelvis. Because the requirements for rider and passenger are different, BMW specialist Wunderlich designs its AKTIVKOMFORT seats with specific contours for both positions. The contour for the rider and passenger differs to meet their unique needs. The thoughtful construction prevents the padding from “sagging” and ensures that seat pressure is evenly distributed across a larger area, leading to noticeably reduced specific pressure on sensitive areas. Comfortable! The ergonomic shape of the special foam also relieves pressure on the sensitive tailbone.
They provide perfect support and active, secure control during spirited riding, especially during braking: Who hasn’t experienced the pillion unexpectedly pushing forward during hard braking, forcing the rider to stabilise themselves while managing a potentially critical situation? With Wunderlich’s specially designed support contour, these moments are a thing of the past. The innovative, ergonomic 3-D contour also eliminates pressure points on the inner thighs when stopped at traffic lights.
