This is the new style of BMW Schrader TPMS sensor. It can be fitted by either:
Mounting directly to the wheel with one screw. See part number WHA59961 for the mounting screw. This is commonly found on cast wheels.
Or;
Held in place by the valve stem. See part number WHA59962 for the nut, and WHA65086 for the straight valve or WHA88689 for the angled valve. This is commonly found on spoked wheels, as well as the HP forged and carbon wheels.
For a more cost effective option, we suggest purchasing WHA14365 instead, which is made by the same supplier but just doesn't have the BMW badge.
This sensor is pre-programmed but must be taught in to the bike using the correct diagnostic tool, and then "woken up" using a tool such as TOA50448.
Please note, from 03/2022 BMW changed from this Schrader TPMS sensor to the LDL type of TPMS sensor, which are not compatible. We'd suggest checking your sensors before ordering if you are not sure what is fitted.
