We currently have an opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our telephone sales team at our base near Holmfirth, West Yorkshire!

The first thing to say is that as a member of our telephone sales team you will not be making cold calls or pushing customers into buying parts they do not want or need. We are entirely based around customer service so taking orders also involves offering information and advice. We have several people in our sales office and also all the back room staff so there is plenty of support. The core of the job is taking customers orders over the telephone and entering them into our computerised order processing system. Other aspects of the role include checking and processing web orders, dealing with returns and answering customer emails. 

The ideal candidate will:

- Deliver friendly and first class customer service with every interaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
- Show the ability to work within a defined sales process.
- Be self-motivated and professional with basic IT skills and the ability to learn new computer systems.
- Be a team player and have strong interpersonal & communication skills.

The successful applicant will possess initiative, a positive attitude and have a practical knowledge of motorcycles; specific BMW knowledge would be an advantage.  A genuine interest in motorcycles is also a requirement.

Motorworks has a friendly and informal environment and on the job training will be given.

The position is salaried and is not commission based.

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5.30pm working from our office in Meltham, near Holmfirth.
